About

Muramoto Manufacturing Europe s.r.o. (MME) was established in May 2005 as a subsidiary of the Japanese family-owned Muramoto Industry Co., Ltd. (MIC) based in Kobe, Japan. MME is the only Muramoto Group plant located in Europe. The company's other subsidiary plants can be found in Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia and the USA.

The construction of the Žebrák 1 plant was completed in June 2006 and the construction of the Žebrák 2 plant was completed in September 2007.

Until 2011, the main product was the production of metal components for plasma and LCD TVs. In 2008, cooperation with a company in the automotive industry was initiated and in 2009-2013 the portfolio of customers in the automotive industry grew by more. For these companies we manufacture metal components and assemblies such as electronic airbag housings and EPS control systems as well as seat and seat belt parts. An important moment for MME in 2009 was the start of cooperation with the DAIKIN GROUPE group of companies, for whom we manufacture metal components for indoor and outdoor air conditioning units and heat pumps.

In the past, our company also produced assembly components for medical technology.

Equipment

We are equipped with the necessary technology to produce large production runs, precision parts and complete assemblies ready for installation. Our goal is to satisfy the high demands of our customers. We manufacture on robotic press systems and fully automatic lines. We are equipped with spot welding machines and riveting and tapping machines. Other equipment we use in our production processes include an industrial washer and tampoprint. Through our Japanese parent company, we are able to arrange for the production of press tools.

Job description:

  • operation of mechanical presses (material loading, machine setup, removal, inspection and packaging of manufactured parts)
  • exchange of press tools
  • responsibility for ensuring production in the required quantity and quality

We require:

  • vocational secondary school, preferably technical
  • manual dexterity, diligence, reliability
  • basic knowledge of working with PC
