I. Personal data on employees – the processing of employees' personal data for the performance of the employer's legal obligations (implementation of the employment contract) and for the exercise and protection of the employer's rights and legal interests.

II. Job applicants – in connection with the selection of job applicants for an advertised position, the company needs to collect and process, at least for the duration of the selection process, the identification and contact details of the applicant, as well as details of their education, qualifications and previous experience.
If the applicant, after not having been selected or at a time when the company is not seeking new recruits, has expressed an interest in being included in the list of potential employees to be contacted with suitable job offers, they grant their consent to the processing of their personal data and being sent job offers to their mail address. The company will process the applicant's personal data for a period of 6 months from the date consent is granted. The applicant's identification and contact details, previous experience, education and qualifications will be processed.
Consent to processing within the meaning of the preceding paragraph may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent will result in removal from the list of job seekers. In future, that person will not be sent offers of employment with the company.

III. Marketing – the collection and processing of data for the purpose of determining the most suitable service offer to customers, for the purpose of promoting sales and the company's reputation, except when personal data are processed within the meaning of points VII and VIII below.

IV. Contact details of suppliers of services or goods or their representatives –storage of contact details for the purpose of entering into a contractual relationship and data necessary for the implementation of contractual relations with the supplier of services or goods. Where applicable, the contact details of the representatives (employees, statutory representatives or other designated persons) of the suppliers shall be retained.

V. Camera system – the company takes camera footage from its premises (office, warehouse and production buildings) for the purpose of protecting its property and assets, and the life and health of employees and third parties (e.g. customers). The recording can be used, for example, to assert liability rights and be handed over to law enforcement authorities.
